Sterling River Boots started because someone kept ruining good footwear on bad terrain. Creek crossings, muddy banks, trails that can’t decide if they’re wet or dry — the kind of conditions where most boots tap out by noon. So we built boots that don’t.
We make waterproof, trail-ready boots for people who spend time in and around moving water — anglers, backcountry hikers, guides, and anyone who’s ever stepped wrong and felt that cold seep in. Sterling isn’t a fashion label that wandered outdoors. Every design decision traces back to real field use: grip that holds on wet rock, construction that dries overnight, fit that doesn’t punish you after six hours on your feet.
The name comes from the clarity of cold, clean water — and that’s the standard we hold ourselves to. No overbuilt gimmicks, no inflated price tags, no boots that look tough on a shelf and fall apart on a riverbank. Just honest footwear made for where pavement ends and the water starts.

A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and construction. Normal wear, accidental damage, and improper care are not included under warranty terms.
